My experience with the customer service team has been extremely disappointing. I have called multiple times regarding the refund of my deposit, but every day I hear the same excuse: “the accounts person is on leave” or “not available.” There has been no proper follow-up or accountability.
When I asked for my medical reports, I was told to contact a “third-party team,” but no one guided me on who they are or how to reach them. Now I’m being told that the concerned person has left the job. How is that the patient’s problem? Why can’t the hospital take responsibility and assist properly?
If I had known that I would have to constantly chase for basic things like my own reports and refund, I would have never opted for mediclaim through your hospital.
The behavior of the staff has been rude and unhelpful. Due to my office commitments, I cannot visit personally, so I had to send my unwell mother — and despite that, there has been no resolution, only delays and excuses.
Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

He was incredibly empathetic, assuring us that Sarvakalyanam Hospital had the infrastructure and expertise—specifically naming specialists Dr. Sagar Gawali and Dr. Sanjay Singh Bhaskar—to handle the case.
While multiple second opinions insisted on immediate brain surgery, the team at Sarvakalyanam advised a conservative approach. Their judgment was spot on.
